Port 5631 is used by Symantec (now Broadcom) pcAnywhere for remote desktop data transfer. PCAnywhere was a widely used remote control software before being superseded by modern solutions. A critical vulnerability (CVE-2012-0291) was discovered in 2012 allowing unauthenticated remote code execution on this port.
