Port Overview
What is Port 1311?
Port 1311 is the default HTTPS port for Dell OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) web interface. IT administrators use this port to access the Dell server management console for hardware monitoring, configuration, and alerts. It should be restricted to management networks only.
