Port 5190 is the port used by AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and the OSCAR (Open System for Communication in Realtime) protocol for instant messaging. iChat on macOS also used this port for AIM-compatible communications. AIM was shut down in December 2017, but the port remains associated with the OSCAR protocol.
