Port 3632 is the default port for distcc, a distributed C/C++ compiler that spreads compilation jobs across multiple machines on a network. Build systems use distcc to dramatically speed up large software compilations. An unprotected distcc daemon can be exploited to execute arbitrary code on the compilation server.
